Specific deliverables, deadlines, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements or project proposals issued separately.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, consumers who are residents of the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date the contract is concluded, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us in writing at info@elysiumdr.eu before the 14-day period expires. This right does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your prior express consent, or to custom digital content delivered and accepted by you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elysium λ Development & Research shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event.
Fees quoted by Elysium λ Development & Research are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. For clients in Portugal, services are subject to the applicable VAT rate under CIVA (Código do IVA). Certain health-related professional services may qualify for VAT exemption under Art. 9 CIVA where legally applicable. Tax invoices will be issued according to Portuguese fiscal law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. In the absence of amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bragança, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the user's country of residence.
